1. Who provides the service

PBMA Web (https://pbma.app) is provided by Mario López Garcerán ([[NIF/CIF]]), with address at [[DOMICILIO]] and contact at contact@pbma.app. By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. What PBMA Web is

PBMA analyses the Power BI reports that you upload (their model, DAX measures and pages) and generates a quality and best-practices report. It is a technical aid: the recommendations are indicative and you must review them before applying them to your models.

PBMA is an independent service: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft. "Power BI" is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation and is mentioned only to indicate which type of files the service works with.

3. Access and account

  • During the launch phase, access is closed and by invitation. We may grant, limit or withdraw access at any time.
  • To sign in you need an account with a verified email through our identity provider.
  • You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account. Do not share it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Upload content that you have no right to use, or third-party personal data without a legitimate basis to process it.
  • Upload files containing malicious code or try to breach, overload or circumvent the limits of the service.
  • Automate use of the service on a massive scale or resell access.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Usage limits

To protect the service we apply per-account limits, which may change: currently, up to 2 simultaneous analyses, 10 uploads per hour and a maximum file size of 256 MiB. If you exceed them, the request will be temporarily rejected.

6. Your files and results

You keep all rights over the files you upload and over the results. You grant us only the permission necessary to process them and return the result to you. We handle them as described in the privacy policy: they are processed in an isolated environment and are not kept beyond the time stated there.

7. Availability and changes

The service is offered "as is" and may be in a testing phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from applying the report's recommendations. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the rights you have as a consumer if you are one.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request the deletion of your account by writing to contact@pbma.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; we will publish the new version with its date. If the change is substantial, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Murcia (Spain), without prejudice to the venue that the law grants to consumers.
